Day 67: Protect your Wallet

by Sarah Devika Sumnauth

My goodness, getting sick has really gotten me down. I’ve tried to fight this bug off for as long as I could and finally I’ve just had to give in and just go with it. I’m hoping that by tomorrow things look better.

In the meantime, I have been feeling a lot better about my money situation. Things seem to be turning the tide and like getting sick I just have to go with it. I am becoming far more conscious of my spending habits and that is a great first step towards changing them all together. Like my body, which is sending out white blood cells to protect itself, my mind is also sending out white bank cells that want to save as much as possible. I can’t wait to actually spend some money on minerals soon though.  You gotta spend money to make some. It’s a weird idea but truly the sentiment makes sense.

Just like your body, you have to give yourself immune support as well as saving support for the inevitable rainy day. Being aware that those days of rain or sick will come, is a good offensive stance to take in any situation. So make sure to keep your eyes open and on your wallet. You can change your habits any day of the week, and today is the first day of the week so why not today? Why not now?
